Information SILO handles

SILO handles information supplied by authorized users and connected business workflows. This can include account information, property and company details, contacts, deal records, documents, and operational activity needed to run the service.

Google-powered address search

When the property address search is enabled, text entered into that search may be sent to Google Maps Platform so Google can return likely places and addresses. Google processes that request under the Google Privacy Policy.

Search suggestions are used transiently to help complete the field. SILO is designed to save the property name and address fields that an authorized user selects or confirms, not the raw suggestion list, Google Place IDs, Google-provided coordinates, or the raw Google response. Value-hidden operational provenance, such as the fact that a field was confirmed through address search, may be retained for auditability.

Authorized users can use manual property entry instead of the Google-powered search.

How information is used

SILO uses information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; maintain business records; and provide the workflows requested by authorized users. Access is limited to approved accounts and authorized service providers used to operate SILO.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as needed for SILO's internal business, operational, security, and legal purposes. SILO uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy notices. For Google Maps Platform, review the Google Privacy Policy.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as SILO's features or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
