These terms govern access to and use of SILO, a private, internal-use business service.
Authorized use
SILO is available only to approved users. Users must protect their account access, provide accurate information, follow applicable law, and use the service only for authorized business purposes. Access may be limited or withdrawn to protect SILO, its data, or its users.
Google Maps features and content
SILO may use Google Maps Platform to suggest property names and addresses. Use of Google Maps features and content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Service changes
SILO may add, change, suspend, or remove features as internal needs evolve. Availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside SILO's control.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it or applying it to a business record. Suggestions, automated output, and third-party data may be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace professional judgment.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SILO is provided for internal use on an as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as SILO evolves. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. The effective date above identifies the current version.
